Return Policy

We offer an unconditional money-back guarantee in the event that the package is lost or does not clear Customs (as long as the tracking information does not indicate otherwise, i.e., that the package has been delivered to the recipient). In this case, we may either resend the package or refund the customer 100% of the purchase amount. The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase.

In case of loss or misplacement of the package, we will wait 60 days after shipment to issue a refund, or 45 days to resend it. The refund or reshipment will depend entirely on the customer’s choice.

We do not offer refunds if the customer is not satisfied with the product’s quality. For this reason, we recommend that customers place a minimum order or request free samples to ensure they are satisfied with the quality of our generic versions.


FREE SAMPLE SHIPPING

We reserve the right to withhold shipment of free samples if we determine that the customer has already requested them in the past and is abusing this promotion. If we find that the customer has previously ordered samples and is requesting them again with the clear intention of fraudulently benefiting from this offer, WE WILL NOT REFUND THE SHIPPING COSTS PAID FOR SUCH SAMPLES NOR WILL WE SHIP THEM.
