How can I track my order?

Standard shipments can only be tracked on the postal website of the destination country once the package has entered its territory (usually after 7–10 days).

For example, if we provide you with tracking code RDXXXXXXXXXIN for delivery to Missouri, there won’t be any record of this package on the postal website until it arrives in US territory (about 7–10 days later).

If you chose Express Shipping, you’ll be able to track your package on India’s EMS website and, once it reaches your country, on your national postal service website.
